How about selfishness? How about the 10th Commandment? Should we be selfish? What about the 8th commandment? Should we steal? This is specifically backing up an individual's rights to property. Also look at laws in Lev 25, Numbers 33:50-56 where He gave them the land. How is a person to be generous unless there is personal property? How does an individual chose to give to those in need unless the own something. What about the parable of the talents? How was the one treated that was lazy and did nothing with his talent?
